What Can I Dispose of In A Dumpster?

We accept all types of non-hazardous building materials, household trash, appliances, furniture, cardboard and more! Small amounts of dirt, concrete and metal can also be disposed-of in our residential dumpsters. Contact us for the the best pricing on clean loads of dirt, yard waste, metal, concrete, brick or asphalt.

What Is NOT Allowed In Our Dumpsters?

Any and all hazardous or regulated materials are prohibited from disposal in our dumpsters. This includes but is not limited to: Asbestos, lead based paints, oils, paints, solvents acids or other liquids. Contact us with questions regarding any materials not listed here.

How High Can I Fill The Dumpster?

The maximum loading height of any dumpster is the top edge. No material should be visible higher than the top edge of the dumpster. Please keep in mind that if disposing of particularly heavy or dense materials, filling the dumpster to the top edge may overload the dumpsters weight capacity. Contact us for help with dumpster sizing and maximum load capacities.

How Much Space Is Needed For A Dumpster?

The approximate dimensions of our dumpsters can be found on our Services page. In order to deliver and pickup the dumpster we will need at least 30 feet clear in front at least 13 feet of overhead clearance. Contact us so we can make a plan for the best placement of your dumpster rental.

Can I Throw Away Electronics And Other Appliances?

In general the answer is yes, as long as electronics do not make up a majority of your load. Maryland law requires large amounts of electronics to be recycled so it is best to ask us first before planning to dispose of an office full of old electronics. Contact us for help with planning to recycle large loads of electronics or appliances.

How Long Can I Keep The Dumpster?

Our standard rental periods cover a 10 day period. There is no charge for finishing your dumpster rental sooner, and you can keep it as long as you need for $10/day after the first 10 days. If you need more than one dumpster in a daily or weekly period please contact us for bulk discount services.
